Last Thursday The Globe hosted a day trip for the Teen Entrepreneur Boot Camp. This program was created by Pam Chmiel in hopes to help aspiring young designers and merchandisers obtain an inside look at the industry. After creating a product (which blew us all away!) and business plan, the youngsters talked with Justine, Emily and Jeffrey about the next step in the process. After some inspiring words from Jeffrey to "always follow your initial instinct", the group of now fearless teens, seemed to gain a new perspective of the fashion world.
